OMNI Táxi Aéreo believes that it is only possible to achieve excellence in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment with the involvement of all company employees. Therefore it has developed a participative management system that ensures that the whole staff is united in its work focused on this objective. All the employees participate and benefit, influencing the excellence of the service provided to the customers.

OMNI's Q&HSE program is based on continuous training so that all those involved in the activities are able and qualified to work in accordance with strict safety standards, high quality service and respect for the environment.

All of the OMNI operational bases operate with a Health, Safety and Environment Management System in place, following the guidelines of the OHSAS 18001:1999 (Occupational Safety and Health) and ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management) norms.
